Customers with valid Uniplex support contracts can
log a support request in one of the following ways. Contacts from
non supported customers will be referred to the appropriate Uniplex
sales office.
Prior to contacting us with a support issue
please ensure you have available or provide basic details as set
out in the Support
Procedures. This will enable us to deal with the request
in an efficient and timely manner.
International customers are welcome to use the US telephone number
if calling to the US.
